Job Summary:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Manager(PM) is responsible for supporting ongoing Industrial Services and/or field operations. The PM fosters a workplace culture of safety, with appropriate leadership; continually promotes health and safety awareness with instruction, information, training and supervision to ensure the safe performance of work.


  • Support ongoing maintenance contract operations
  • Plan, organize, implement and control Divisional project work
  • Responsible for the supervision of a team of employees; this includes coaching, mentoring, scheduling, attendance, conflict resolution, learning and development
  • Manage, direct and coordinate all aspects of the sales and operational strategy
  • Review performance data: financial, sales and activity reports
  • Monitor and measure productivity, goal achievement and overall effectiveness of operations
  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Equipment evaluation and ensure that all equipment is operational and maintained
  • Supervise and mentor supervision who has direct responsibilities of operating areas
  • Lead and supervise a team of frontline staff while promoting a safe and environmentally compliant workplace
  • Stay up to date on new technology


  • Post secondary education in Business Administration or an industry related technical discipline from a recognized college or university
  • Knowledge/experience of Industrial Services industry or other relevant industries
